For Publishers — What We Look for in Syndicated Research

How ExamsCareer works with publishers who need substantive education and career research — our editorial bar, submission process, and what we do not publish.

ExamsCareer exists to connect researchers who do the work with publishers who need credible coverage. If you run an education blog, career site, or regional publication, here is how we approach syndication.

What we offer publishers

  • Ready-to-run research articles on education, professional exams, and career development
  • Named author bylines with verifiable profiles on ExamsCareer.com
  • Original analysis — not rewritten vendor press releases
  • Disclosure of methodology where claims are comparative

Our editorial bar

We publish research that passes four tests:

  1. Problem-first. The article must address a real student, candidate, or employer confusion before recommending anything.
  2. Verifiable claims. Statistics, policies, and institutional behavior must be traceable to documentation or named sources.
  3. No hero language. We do not use "best," "guaranteed," or "#1" framing.
  4. Reader agency. The reader should finish with a framework, not a sales pitch.

What we do not syndicate

  • Content that promises exam passage through third-party impersonation
  • Undisclosed sponsored posts written to funnel readers to a single vendor
  • Aggregated dumps or braindump promotion
  • Articles that discourage reading official exam or admissions policies

How syndication works

  1. Pitch or request. Email publishers@examscareer.com with your outlet, audience, and topic interest.
  2. Outline approval. We share a 3-bullet outline before drafting or adapting a piece.
  3. Draft delivery. HTML or markdown with author byline linking to their ExamsCareer profile.
  4. Your edits. You apply house style. We do not require do-follow links to ExamsCareer unless your policy allows a bio link.

For writers who want in

If you are a researcher, not a publisher, see our For Writers page. We credit contributors by name and maintain permanent author pages.
